Annie's Story

Read Annie's story of how she was set free of a spirit of self-rejection that entered through trauma, loss and suffering ...........I have been a devoted follower of Jesus Christ for several years, and my love and passion for others have always been central to my life. Serving our community and sharing the message of love and peace that Jesus brings is something that comes naturally. 

Despite enduring numerous harrowing experiences and the profound grief of losing both my parents within a few months of each other, the love of our Heavenly Father has remained my steadfast rock and fortress. Praying for others to find healing and freedom is, and always will be, the most uplifting message we can share.

Recently, a friend invited me to a course at church. Little did I know, it would unlock a trove of memories from my past, revealing deep-seated childhood trauma. The timing was divine, as my appointment with the Freedom & Fire team was approaching. Reflecting on it now, I see how perfectly orchestrated it was. God is so faithfully involved in every detail of our lives we just seem to overlook it sometimes. I allowed myself to enter a space of self-reflection, confronting my brokenness—a task I had often avoided by focusing on helping others.

During my session with the Freedom & Fire team, they quickly identified a stronghold of self-rejection, along with other spirits that had entered through trauma, loss, and suffering. Their gentle guidance helped me navigate through painful memories I had buried deep within, I was completely unaware of how they had held me captive. Bringing it all to Jesus with a true heart of repentance and trusting Him wholeheartedly was the only way I could be set free….this entire experience has given me a shalom peace and freedom I have never felt before. 

I am deeply grateful to this ministry and its servant-hearted members who generously give their time and dedication to pursue freedom through Jesus Christ.
